Requests

 

Mass Intentions – If you would like to schedule a Mass intention, please visit or

call the office. Each Mass intention is $15 and payment is due at time of scheduling. Our Mass Intention book fills quickly and the first available date may be months out.  Mass intentions are allowed to be scheduled once a month - per intention

(e.g. Jane is only allowed to have her name scheduled in the Mass Intention book once per month).

 

Sacramental Records – Please contact the Parish office. Helpful information to provide: name (at time of sacrament), date of bith, date of sacrament and address for record to be sent to.  

 

Baptisms – Please make arrangements through the Parish office. Parents/guardians must be active, registered, and contributing members of the parish for at least 6 months before contacting the office. In preparation for the celebration of the Sacrament, one or both parents must attend a mandatory baptismal meeting which is scheduled for the second Monday of each month at 7pm in the Incarnation Room. Call the office to begin the baptismal process and to register for the meeting.

 

Marriages – Couples must be active, registered, and contributing members of the parish for at least 6 months before contacting the office. Contact the Parish office at least 6 months prior to desired wedding date to begin the planning process. 

 

Funerals – Selecting a funeral home is helpful and should be your first point of contact, as they manage all of the planning details for you and will contact us for you.

 

Home Visitation Ministry – If you know of someone who needs a visit or Communion brought to them, please call our Visitation Ministry line
